Vivès is a quiet, confidential village of about 250 inhabitants, surrounded by protected cork oak forests — the famous súberas that gave the property its name. It offers a simple, preserved charm: stone alleyways, absolute silence at night, the golden Roussillon light, and ancestral paths winding through garrigue and agricultural terraces. The villa is just steps from Tresserre and the Vallespir, giving immediate access to vineyards, Albères hiking routes and artists’ villages.

The 13-meter pool can be heated and can be used for most of the year depending on weather conditions. It is equipped with an automatic submerged rolling cover ensuring everyone’s safety.

Are pets allowed?

No. The property is not suitable for pets in order to preserve the space and guarantee optimal hygiene for all guests.
