The house

• 4 to 5 bedrooms, including two master suites with their own bathroom, an adjoining children’s room (small bed, baby cot) and a study
• Beds: 3 bedrooms with a double bed (including 2 master suites), a children’s room with 2 single beds and 2 baby cots, and a sofa bed sleeping 2 in the study; one more double bed in the annex (optional)
• 3 bathrooms (one bathtub, two showers) and 3 toilets
• An 80 m² living area on the ground floor, with a fully equipped modern kitchen, overlooking the pool and opening onto an 80 m² shaded terrace
• A garden of over 1,500 m²
• A south-facing terrace of over 80 m² with open mountain views, and a north-facing terrace
• Private parking and a Tesla charger

The annex (optional)

An annex with its own entrance can be booked privately at an extra cost; it is bedroom 5. It includes:

• a large master suite with bathroom (shower, bathtub and toilet);
• a living room and a large kitchen;
• a terrace and a garden;
• private parking with an EV charger.

Ideal for…

• Families and friends: toys for all ages (Lego, Playmobil, board games, games console, books and comics). Babies are welcome: baby cots, changing table, high chairs. The pool has a submerged roller cover: please close it to keep little ones safe.
• Remote work: a study and screens on request. Fibre internet gives you an ideal connection for work and leisure (smart TV with Netflix, Prime, Canal+…).
• Winter: mild temperatures, the first Pyrenean ski resorts 1 hour 15 minutes away, Collioure 20 minutes away, a day trip to Barcelona.
• Spring and summer: the pool, the Mediterranean and the surrounding mountains. The house stays cool thanks to the air conditioning. Table tennis, badminton and a barbecue to enjoy the outdoors.
• Sport: road cycling and mountain biking from the house, France’s no. 1 padel club 25 minutes away (booking on request), and every mountain and water activity.
• Electric cars: a Tesla charger in the garage, very handy on arrival, during your stay and before you leave.
• Family celebrations (Easter, Christmas): subject to availability, a superb mas in Tresserre, 12 minutes away, can be added with nearly 12 extra beds.
