The house

The villa, in the village of Argonay, is spread over three levels: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.

• Garden level: a main bedroom with a walk-in shower, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom (shower)
• Entrance level: the living area (dining room and lounge) and the kitchen
• Upper floor: a master suite with bathroom (bathtub) and toilet, its large terrace with mountain views, and a study

Ideal for…

• Families and friends: toys for all ages (Lego, Playmobil, board games, games console, books and comics). Babies are welcome: baby cots, changing table, high chairs. The pool has a submerged roller cover: please close it to keep little ones safe.
• Remote work: a separate study and screens on request. Fibre internet gives you an ideal connection for work and leisure.
• Winter: the ski resorts and the lake nearby, with ski, sledge and snowshoe hire in the village.
• Spring and summer: the pool and every activity on Lake Annecy. The villa stays fairly cool, especially the bedrooms on the garden and pool side; it is air-conditioned and Dyson fans are also available. Lunches and dinners on the terrace.
• Sport: road cycling and mountain biking from the house; a tennis and padel club a 10-minute walk away (booking on request); hikes for all levels; water sports on the lake (water skiing, diving); and Europe’s finest paragliding spot at the Col de la Forclaz, 30 minutes away.
• Electric cars: an EV charger in the garage, very handy on arrival, during your stay and before you leave. A Tesla Model Y can also be rented on site.
• Family celebrations (Easter, Christmas): subject to availability, two apartments in Talloires, on the shores of Lake Annecy, can be added, with 6 and 8 extra beds.
